Ingrédients

4 oeufs

1 poireau tranché

1 bouquet d’asperges

4 tranches de bacon

1 gousse d’ail émincée

2-3 c. à s. d’oignons verts ou ciboulette émincés

Sel et poivre au goût

Instructions

Préchauffe le four à 400 degrés F. Fais cuire le bacon dans une poêle à feu moyen. Ajoute l’ail et le poireau dans la même poêle et cuit environ 3 minutes. Enlève l’excès de gras de bacon, ajoute les asperges et laisse cuire 6 minutes. Ajoute les oeufs, assaisonne le tout au goût et place dans le four 3 à 4 minutes. Garnis d’oignons verts ou de ciboulette pour servir.
